Saturday 10.45am Relaxing Restoring Yoga

Yogilates is a fitness routine combining the postures and breathing techniques of yoga and pilates exercises, a blend of pilates and yoga.

It burns fat, builds muscle and promotes balanced body development as well as mental awareness.

Just the same as Deep Relaxing Yoga

Bodyfit is a high intensity no impact full body workout designed to help you lose weight. It builds lean muscle and it melts the fat away.

As well as improved endurance, it helps to avoid plateaus. Moves can be modified for all levels, and each session is different, so you never know what to expect.

Pure stretch classes are designed to move and stretch the entire body, whilst giving the core a really good workout. Classes are stimulating, light hearted and choreographed in such a way that all levels of fitness can attend and enjoy.

Deep relaxing yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During longer holds of restorative yoga using props to help achieve this,

Pilates Body Tone is a class that will give your body an all over workout and welcomes all levels of fitness. You will develop core muscles, flexibility stamina, muscle tone of large and small groups of muscles whilst improving balance and posture.

Relaxing Yoga and Meditation will help you de-stress. This is a practice that combines stretching with some nice flow sequencing to help release deep muscles and fascia in the body as well as some core back strengthening exercises. Props are often used to help in strengthening moves and assisting relaxation. A 10 mins meditation relaxation is also added  to calm the body at the end.
