Pilates Body Tone is a class that will give your body an all over workout and welcomes all levels of fitness. You will develop core muscles, flexibility stamina, muscle tone of large and small groups of muscles whilst improving balance and posture.
Relaxing Yoga and Meditation will help you de-stress. This is a practice that combines stretching with some nice flow sequencing to help release deep muscles and fascia in the body as well as some core back strengthening exercises. Props are often used to help in strengthening moves and assisting relaxation. A 10 mins meditation relaxation is also added to calm the body at the end.
Dancersize is A Easy to follow choreographed Fitness Dance to great tunes, in the dark with glowsticks, it is low impact and can be high intensity, exercise in disguise.
